OhhMyAgent provides API access to Claude AI models (Sonnet & Opus) with a prepaid token balance (top-up) system. The service is provided "as is".
You are responsible for keeping your API key and account credentials confidential. Any usage through your key is your responsibility.
Token balance is purchased in advance via top-up. Balance is deducted per model usage. Purchased balance is non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
You may not use the service for illegal activity, to violate Anthropic's usage policy, spam, or attempts to abuse/hack the system. Violations may result in account suspension without refund.
We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Service may be interrupted due to maintenance or upstream provider issues.
OhhMyAgent is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to your remaining account balance.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page.
