OhhMyAgent ("we") respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect and how we use it when you use our API service at ohhmyagent.com.
When you sign up, we collect your email address and name. If you log in with Google, we receive your email and name from your Google profile (via the permissions you grant). We also store API usage records (token counts, request time, model used) and top-up transaction history.
Data is used to: (a) create and manage your account; (b) calculate and display your balance and token usage; (c) process top-up payments; (d) send essential emails such as account verification and purchase receipts. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
We only request access to your email and basic profile (name). We do not access your contacts, files, or other Google data. Access is used solely to create/identify your OhhMyAgent account.
Prompts and responses you send through the API are forwarded to the AI model provider (Anthropic Claude, served via our infrastructure) to generate answers. We only store usage metadata (token counts), not your conversation content.
Data is stored on our servers with hashed passwords (scrypt) and encrypted connections (HTTPS). Your API key is secret and can be rotated anytime from the dashboard.
Payments are processed by Midtrans, PayPal, and on-chain crypto. We do not store your card details.
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
